Jon has more than 16 years of project management and design experience and 2 years of heavy construction experience. Jon has a wide range of civil design experience and is a licensed civil engineer. He is a results-orientated leader and has successfully managed the Albuquerque Development Group. In addition, he has supported various groups across the enterprise to ensure WHPacific’s success. He has successfully designed and managed small and large scale projects across the United States for a wide range of clients and challenging projects. Jon’s focus on excellence in client service and satisfaction has helped maintain a diverse, stable, and routine client basis. In addition to his design and management experience, Jon has construction experience in heavy highway and surface and underground mining operations. Jon looks forward to the challenges and takes great pride in providing successful solutions for his clients, staff, and WHPacific Operations.

Kris has 25 years of experience building A/E teams to serve both public agency and private client infrastructure needs. She started in the industry 25 years ago as a marketing manager and through her mentor relationships developed along the way, was able to successfully transition to operations management. She has successfully managed business lines across the US including serving in an operations management role on billion dollar PPP D-B projects. WHPacific is excited to have Kris in Washington working with us to serve our clients grow our business.

With more than 30 years of professional experience leading WHPacific’s Development Services sector, Tom has dedicated his career on providing client service excellence. He demands it of himself and of his staff in the Oregon offices. He prides himself in creating a partnership with his clients and their project team, looking out for pitfalls during the permit process, ensuring that the design solutions are the best solutions, and participating as the Principal-in-Charge until the project is successfully completed. Tom is fiercely loyal to his staff and strives to create and maintain an office culture that is inclusive, professionally respectful, and entrepreneurial.
Travis Foster

Travis has taken his more than 22 years of experience in the engineering field and applied that success to his office. He oversees a mixed staff of Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, Project Managers, EITs, CADD Drafters and Office and Field survey Technicians. Travis leads his team by encouraging them to maintain close relationships with current clients and works to help develop new relationships locally, regionally and across the enterprise. In addition to Travis’s dedicated focus on project management and business development of the Idaho operations, he stays current with the latest surveying and mapping technology and applications. This added effort provides his clients and employees with the best service and tools to complete their projects accurately and efficiently.

Ted Schilling

Ted is the Operations Manager for our Industrial Facility Engineering team. With 30+ years of experience in designing, constructing, and operating advanced, mission critical manufacturing facilities for both public and private sectors. These include food and beverage, electrical energy generation, mining, petrochemical, advanced high-volume manufacturing, gas utility, solid waste transfer and resource recovery, material handling, marine & shipping, railroads, higher education, aerospace and aviation. He has managed engineering, environmental, health, safety, operations, maintenance, emergency response and construction organizations, and has performed as the Engineer of Record and engineering and construction manager on various public and private projects. His broad range of experience has included mechanical, electrical, security, process controls, wastewater, solar energy, and life safety system design; emergency, business recovery, and disaster response planning; engineering and construction project management; research and development; facilities site operations and maintenance management; maintenance outage planning and management.
He is a Certified Energy Manager and Licensed Professional Engineer in several states. He is extensively trained in the energy field, work which has involved construction/start-up of nuclear power generating facilities, permitting, demand side management (DSM), system/distribution design, energy management systems, power quality, waste to energy, and maintenance and operation of large public and private facilities energy systems.
