He has successfully designed and managed small and large scale projects across the United States for a wide range of clients and challenging projects. Jon’s focus on excellence in client service and satisfaction has helped maintain a diverse, stable, and routine client basis. In addition to his design and management experience, Jon has construction experience in heavy highway and surface and underground mining operations. Dan is shifting his focus on providing client service excellence. He demands it of himself and of his staff in the Oregon offices. He believes you should treat every project as if it is your own and stay with the project until it reaches final completion. Dan is fiercely loyal to his staff and strives to create and maintain an office culture that is inclusive, professionally respectful, and entrepreneurial.

Travis has taken his more than 22 years of experience in the engineering field and applied that success to his office. He oversees a mixed staff of Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, Project Managers, EITs, CADD Drafters and Office and Field survey Technicians. Travis leads his team by encouraging them to maintain close relationships with current clients and works to help develop new relationships locally, regionally and across the enterprise. In addition to Travis’s dedicated focus on project management and business development of the Idaho operations, he stays current with the latest surveying and mapping technology and applications. This added effort provides his clients and employees with the best service and tools to complete their projects accurately and efficiently.

Rich ReisSeattle Operations Manager
Mr. Reis has more than 35 years of managerial and hands-on experience in civil engineering, construction, and project management, including large design-build projects. In addition to managing hundreds of projects in the United States and Canada over his career, he often serves as a Principal-in-Charge or Executive Sponsor on large or complex projects. He has worked with both public and private sector clients, including WSDOT, Sound Transit, the City of Seattle, the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma, USACE, Amazon, Boeing and Quadrant.

Mr. Reis previously worked for WHPacific from 2001 to 2008, during which time he helped the company grow significantly in the Northwest. He has a BS in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Engineer in Washington and Alaska.
