Portland, Oregon – The project will construct up to 60 new ADA ramps and related sidewalk improvements in Cascade Locks in advance of a planned ODOT paving project in 2019.  WaNaPa Street in Cascade Locks is part of the Historic Columbia River Highway, a popular destination for Columbia River Gorge visitors and a key transportation connection for residents.  WHPacific will provide topographic and right-of-way survey, and civil engineering design.
